Every salaried employee is entitled to six paid holidays and two floating holidays. The recognized holidays that Mountaire observes includes:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

The paid time off (PTO) plan is as follows:

80 hours after 90 days
120 hours after 5 years
160 hours after 15 years
200 hours after 25 years
