Rex Holstein, an Arkansas native, has spent his entire career working in animal agriculture. He’s held a variety of roles in meat processing before moving to commodities, where he was named the youngest vice president of commodity purchasing at the nation’s largest meat company. Rex has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in finance management and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas.
