Our Dental Insurance Plan accesses the  Delta Dental network and is accepted by many local dentists. Once enrolled, you can check their website or the Member Portal for a list of dentists that are in the Network, view your Dental ID Card, view the status of your claims, and more!

Our Dental Plan offers the following benefits:

Calendar Year Maximum:      $1,500

Calendar Year Deductible:     $50 Individual and $150 Family

Preventative Care:      2 Free Routine Exams, that includes x-rays & cleaning. This cost does not count towards your Calendar Year Maximum.

Basic Care paid at 80%:          Extractions, Fillings and Root Canals

Major Care paid at 50%:         Crowns, Bridgework, Dentures
