Len joined Mountaire in 2021 after a lengthy career at Smithfield Foods. His first role was to oversee our Analytics and Project Management Office, and was later promoted to oversee our Information Technology team. In January of 2025, he was named Vice President, overseeing Accounting, IT, Procurement, PMO and Analytics.

He has a degree in accounting and accounting information systems from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in business from the College of William and Mary.
