4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
extra virgin olive oil
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
Preheat the grill to 450°F.
Drizzle the chicken breasts with extra virgin olive oil and rub. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes. Baste the chicken breasts with BBQ sauce, flip and cook for 2 minutes. Repeat on the other side. Cook until the breasts are 160°F internal temperature.
Transfer to a plate, cover with foil, and let rest for five minutes until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165°F. Serve with BBQ sauce.
