Due to the nature of what we do – manufacturing – the safety of our employees is always our top priority. Ensuring that every employee is fit for duty is essential in maintaining a safe work environment for not only that individual but for all of those around them. Impairments from drugs and alcohol could lead to serious injury. We plan to continue post-offer screening for marijuana and other drugs as well as conduct random drug testing throughout the year. We will not compromise on the safety of any of our employees.
